Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pyra platform, including Pyra Voice and Pyra Omega, operated by Pyra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Pyra", "we", "us"). By accessing the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Pyra provides a model-routing gateway (Pyra Omega) and Hinglish/Indian-language voice agents for outbound and inbound calling (Pyra Voice). We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your API keys and credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your responsibilities for calling

If you use Pyra Voice for outbound calling, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from call recipients and for complying with applicable telecom regulations, including TRAI's commercial communication rules and Do-Not-Disturb (DND) requirements. You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact the numbers you dial and to record calls where applicable.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and DPDP notice.

6. Fees and billing

Pyra Omega is billed per request and Pyra Voice is billed per minute of connected call time, at the rates quoted to you. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Charges are payable as set out in your order or invoice.

7. Service levels

We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Specific service-level commitments, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement. The service is otherwise provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Intellectual property

The Pyra platform, including its software, models, and brand, is owned by Pyra and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Pyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengalurushall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any agreed dispute-resolution process.
